Shall I activate paid Axis IOCL aginst 3000 rewards points?

I applied 2M ago Axis IOCL with the impression that it will be LTF. The card was received 15 days back then for the backup situation I have emailed PNO to confirm LTF status. They denied and said its a paid card. Later on, I again emailed to PNO to consider converting Axis IOCL in LTF form they said not possible but they can offer 3000 rewards points if I activate the card.
I am also holding Axis Magnus and also in Miles game. Will these 3,000 reward points actually worth it. Shall I activate the card?

It was an exceptional card for fuel if held along with Magnus before the Magnus deval. It’s still a decent card now if you hold Magnus as well and you have fuel spends of around 5k/month.

Multiply the rp by 0.4 for conversion. You are eligible for a maximum of 1000rp/month through your IOCL card(20rp/₹100).
