Scapia Final call sale scam

Scapia final call sale is going on. I booked a train tickets on scapia app and it showed get back 1,00,000 coins. The booking went through and the email said you have got 100000 coins as scapia perks.

Now Scapia has returned the points saying it was a technical glitch.

How can this be escalated?

If you have offer screenshot and all, first email scapia. After their final response, means 2-3 email exchanges, escalate to RBI ombudsman.
