True that. On Saturday, 3rd May 2025, my transaction got failed at their payment gateway itself - which happens to be their own (SBI ePay Lite - merchant.onlinesbi.sbi). I got the error "The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator," and the transaction doesn't even appear in Unipay's history. The money was debited from my bank, so I'm awaiting for the refund to process.
Instead, I used PhonePe to pay the credit card bill using my SBI Virtual RuPay debit card since they don't deduct any additional fees, and the card gets rewards too. However, for some reasons, PhonePe doesn't have the option to manually refresh the bill from Bharat Connect's servers, which is a huge bummer if you've paid a partial bill elsewhere.
