SBI Tata Neu Infinity Card link to Tata Neu App

Received the SBI Tata Neu Infinity Card today. How do I link to Tata Neu App? I've already linked my UPI number in the Tata Neu App, added my SBI CC to the Neu App.

PS: On my Tata Neu iOS App it still shows my last month applied HDFC Tata Neu Infinity Credit Card Application Denial banner under 'NeuCard offer' tab.

I think you are the first on this forum who got SBI Tata Neu Infinity card. Maybe you want to share your journey how you got it? Was you having already any existing SBI cards?

Applied through agent.. application, KYC and physical address verification all took about 2 days, received approval message/email, and received the card in another 2 days.

No history of SBI cards, have a long standing relationship with them (just bank accounts), this is my first CC. Have other bank CCs though.

Super happy to have gotten this variant TATA infinity neu rupay from SBI in just about four days, whereas HDFC wouldn’t give it to me in spite of having account with them. Applied like four times and keep rejecting me saying some BS reasons like internal policies. So, on your face, HDFC!

you contacted Tata Neu app customer people? not sure if it will help, maybe reinstall app and check if you link.

Yes writing an email to them atm as I couldn’t find a chat feature or a phone number (I did find one but it connects to HDFC TATA Neu card).. also, reinstalled but no dice.

TLDR: Yes I did and it works fine showing my sbi card details.

I raised the concern to Tata Neu team via email. While they did follow up multiple times via the same email template (stating we are looking into this matter, while you’re the most important customer etc,, lol), they didn’t respond saying they did find the issue and resolved it. I’m not sure if they did anything to resolve or maybe the “system” took care of it since it was already a few days post my card delivery/usage. Tata team called me asking to share the issue screenshot (after it was resolved) which I had already shared with them during my initial conversation.

For those of you who already have HDFC Tata neu plus card and have recently applied for SBI Tata neu infinity rupay variant- just save your rupay card in Tata Neu app using last 6 digits of the card (assuming you already have an existing SBI card and can access the SBI Cards app to see the SBI TNI card's number. The app will automatically detect your new SBI TNI card. I did the same and now I can see both HDFC Tata neu plus and SBI's TNI in my dashboard. I havent even received my physical card yet and didnt have to contact Tata neu customer care for linking .
