Sbi reward redemption scam

Hello
Reedeemed my sbi credit card reward points for baskin robins voucher but never got the voucher code only got a message saying it has been delivered.
Tried contacting customer care and also emailed to SBI but still no response
any other way possible?

Did you check your registered email id? If checked already there, did you also check junk/spam folder?
If you have emailed to SBI Customer care today only then they will reply back by tomorrow.

it should get delivered to your email and SMS too, just wait for couple of hour if a working day if not create a ticket using the app of sbi

yes check everything and been 4 days no response from customer care either ... I don't know i'm losing hope at this point.

Which item from redemption catalog has best conversion rate in e-voucher category ?

Best I could find (which can be actually used) was pantaloons which had 1:4.7 rate (1000 voucher for 4700 points)

any other ideas ?

That's odd... The card which I am referring to is discontinued as of now (SBI Gold & More) and after logging, it should Rs.1000 amazon gv for 7500 pts 🙁

cheapest which can be actually used (I think) is westside for me which is Rs.2500 for 13000 pts

On sbi app under reward
