SBI PULSE ANNUAL CHARGE ISSUE

I got my card approved just 25 days back. no joining fee. But they charged Annual fee just after 1 month. I have escalated the matter with nodal officer. This happened with anyone?

Annual fee is supposed to be charged after 1 year not after 1 month thats my issue. I have no problem paying annual fee after a year.
