for female - Nari Shakti (WDC)

for male - Pragati (RPP)

Today I tried to withdraw cash from atm using pragati

all txns declined|
dunno why

I have only withdrew from SBI ATM though, just to be clear
Read somewhere 1st withdrawal needs to be from SBI ATM, have drawn few times there.. maybe you are trying from SBI ATM but if not try SBI see if that works..

I used YONO to first activate my pragati card and then generated pin, then went to SBI ATM to withdraw

Currently it's a domestic transaction only debit card/fake credit card.
