Nehi bhai not asking for my card. Asking for WDC (family account). I stay far away from them. No plan of visiting in next few months. They are not familiar with these things.

I have to ask for a favour from a third person to set card pin on their behalf. No net banking and no mobile banking. Changed the RMN to my secondary number.

Tried registering for yono but it has only two options 1. DC, or 2. Branch visit by the customer. NetBanking registration also not going through.

Then you can do it from SMS. Let the DC come, it has SMS activation also, I don't remember exact details but it has 4 ways. One is NetBanking, second is yono, third is ATM and fourth is that SMS something.

Family can surely tell you the digits of the card on call, so that should suffice.

Ya checked that also. Still, for sbi, we have to visit ATM with that card to set the pin after we get otp through sms. Through sms we only move one step ahead but not all.

I think asking someone trustable to set the pin at a ATM is the only option left for me now.

@6ix9ine Another point. Today I applied Pragati (RPP) but the counter guy added a charge sheet for Rs. 354/- . I said I am ok with charges (I thought 354 is the charges for the card). Now rechecked that the issuance charges are Rs. 399+GST. Though I clearly mentioned the code and we had a brief chat about the card (he was unaware).

So, bit confused now. Is it due to upgrading from previous DC? Or he have applied something else? Everything done so quick that i did not even cross checked. They were so nice.

Got it. Mera Rs. 354 ka nuksaan ho gaya. But got the answer why that guy charged me 354 instead of 471.

He applied replacement fees. If you had blocked your DCs beforehand, you could have saved it. Anyway, the DCs were applied, yehi bahut hai.

Baki branches mai toh orr halat kharab hai, kuch logo ko toh issue hi nhi kar rhe hai.

I got the card just in time. Last week I applied and got. Prime offer showing in rupay platform.

He applied replacement fees. If you had blocked your DCs beforehand, you could have saved it. Anyway, the DCs were applied, yehi bahut hai.

But, I’ve seen others being charged the fee even when their account isn’t a salary account, and no charges are applied at all.

As for prime, It's there bhai, I have not redeemed it.

I’m not sure why they are applying replacement fees. In my case, it was 0, probably because it’s a salary account.

I have a regular ac and no charges for issuance also no issuance charges on my family members ac.

I think there will be no issuance fee if you hot list physical DC before submit a new application.

But, I’ve seen others being charged the fee even when their account isn’t a salary account, and no charges are applied at all.

Purana close karke jao, warna woh waha bolenge ki application likh ke do and aadhaar ki photocopy karwake aao.

Agar yeh kaam nhi karna hai toh ghar se permanently block karke jao, kya dikkat hai.
