SBI not upgrading BPCL Card to Octane

Hi! I am trying to upgrade my existing SBI BPCL Card into BPCL Octane card but they are telling that the card is not being issued at the moment. Any pro tips to get the job done?

1. What is the limit on your existing BPCL card?
2. Is there any other SBI credit card if yes what's the limit on that card.

They call me every day for upgrade for the same varient, but I denied them , both are fule card , if you have highly use of fuel then go for octane
