Wait few months, new/replace debit card takes 2-3 months to update the reward points.

sbi also have dedicated customer support email for reward points.

this thread is particularly for SBI Debit card for salary account holders, for whom DC charges are NIL.
if you wish open/convert to salary account.
else for savings account, dc charges are as minimum as 147/-

When i applied for rupay select it got rejected first, so then i blocked my visa debit card and applied again, it got approved after that. Now, i am unable to generate any virtual card also

Hi, just visited branch today and got this info on the code. Thought of sharing. Regarding the upgrade option, there is option in SBI NB to upgrade CSP and it generates a reference number which can be submitted to the branch along with the salary slip. No online option

I assume the card will come in Rupay platinum variant and will not have prime membership, etc.

Lastly do I need to visit branch for the same?

The manager showed me the computer screen. There was no code available starting with 1029-15 in the drop down menu. He didn't have the code for Rhodium account. Can you please recheck. Also is the customer type code 010222 only? @Snikhil29 @Somil3187 @MrWick @Random123
