SBI Debit Card first time pin generation

I got my mom’s debit card from branch today afternoon. Tried to generate first time pin from branch ATM by giving the Account number, but error was shown “card blocked”. What to do?

I think you need to contact your branch or can try contacting customer care support.

Will update after trying customer support first & then branch.

After consulting customer care had to go to branch & fill a unblock dc form since card was delivered to branch & not home then wait 24 hrs & generate pin from ATM.
