Someone called me from SBI ( cud be fake) saying they will give sbi elite card as LTF only if I havent used sbi card ever and if its my first sbi card. I asked this card has 5000 fee and he told they will give LTF only if its first ever sbi card. I told i already have sbi card, then he told sry.

not sure how far its true.... attaching the number..

Clearly it's a private number, call centre target based call. End of the day you will land with a basic card if sbi approved.
If you really want to apply, then apply through cashkaro. And may be you are eligible for sbi card that's why you are receiving calls but not 100% sure that you will get the card. Also it's better not to share details with anyone
