Hi there, This is my first message at TechnoFino discussions,Sorry if i make any errors here, To speak with SBI CARD Phone Banking officer -

Call 040-39020202 (Here 040 is prefix code may vary from state to state).
After Daillng this number
1) Enter 1 or 2 to choose language (In my case
i have chosen 1 for English)
2) Again Enter 1 (for info about your CC)
3) Again Dail 1 ( To enter Card Details)
4) Now enter your Year of Bith in (YYYY) format
(Now listen some shit for a min)
5) Now Press 1 to continue
(wait for 10sec)
6) Now Press 2 to continue
7) Finally Press 9 to speak with a PB officer
Hi sorry for reviving this necro thread. It turns out that my Airtel number does not support calling to 1800 or 1860 and even receiving call from those.

So, I have to use this 39 02 02 02 to call SBI.

But I am unsure about the STD Code. I have tried googling STD codes for my cities (West Bengal) but none works. But eventually the 040 works for me.

Can you give any clarification regarding this? Thanks in advance.
