Sbi cb cc blocked

Hi

Recently got it

1. I tried to buy az egv in az using my primary cc
After buying 5k, now az not showing this cc 🙁
2. I tried to buy az egv in az in my spouse account using add on cc
First txn only, txn failed, cc got blocked

not able to login to sbi cc app
it showing one contact number, and cc email id called to that number.
But i don't understand how to unblock it
Sent mail to cc
Waiting for their reply

Call that number. Usually they unblock on the call itself if there is no other concern with your card.
