SBI Cashback card rejected

Its known thing SBI Cashback card can be applied only online sprint way.

I have not heard it's even available for upgrade or downgrade.

So it's not easy to get it..!!!!!

Last Month I applied via sprint at 10 pm. Morning 10 AM physical kyc done by an third party agent, E card approved instantly and card delivered in 2 days.

Yes I have 10+. It is third card in SBi..

I went via bank account verification route, As I applied night, VKYC was available on morning. My bad, mobile number mismatch in account, it turned out to be good, morning they arranged physical KYC, Agent who came applied via alter route, he told normal route will get rejected and provided Ecard instantly.
