SBI Cashback card rejected non-availability of required information/documents

I have been trying to get SBI Cashback since last 8 months.
Applied in Jan 2025 - Instant Rejection
I got my first CC in Nov 2024 so thought may be because of that.
Applied again on 31/07/25 - Instant Rejection

Today i got a chance to visit bank and asked them to apply offline for me.
I asked them for Cashback but agent said since its recently rejected you can get PRIME/PULSE/SimplyClick

Just for bank offers asked him to proceed strictly only for SimplyClick, he mentioned i'll get a verification call and they will offer multiple cards if you want to switch you can switch there.
Got a verification call, she mentioned my application was for PRIME. Asked her for other options as i didn't want PRIME. She mentioned SimplyClick and Cashback. My eyes instantly sparked and asked her to proceed for Cashback.
However after few minutes i got this Email.

Bank agent called after sometime and started arguing why i asked for Cashback and said I'll get another call for simplyclick.
Soon i got a call and said yes ( my bad )
Now i got a mail for eSign for SimplyClick

However, since i have all the documents and good enough salary for Cashback if that matters ( 1.8L+)

Considering it's a quite rare case ( not much mention of this exact issue online )
Are there any chance if i mail them i can get the Cashback card?
If yes can you please share the email id?

Also If this has already been discussed I'll appreciate if you can redirect me just there.
 
What's the current status? You got SimplyClick or not

Secondly, check ur CIBIL score and see number of enquiries. If it's more than 2 of SBI card, immediately email them to remove extras because agent has done multiple applications without ur consent.

Keep a cooldown of atleast 3 months from today and don't apply any new cards.

Apply sbi Cashback yourself from sprint portal in jan/feb preferably.

1. Currently I've got the eSign form for SimplyClick ( where we accept MITC and do OTP verification ). I'm waiting for the guidance, I don't want to kill the chance to have SBI Cashback if any by accepting another card.

2. I got only one enquiry. One interesting thing i forgot to add was for my past SBI applications there was no CIBIL enquiry :\
This time i got my one and only CIBIL hit from SBI today.

3. I'll keep the Cooldown.
However i still want to understand that if i mail them with the documents and showing the reason for which they rejected it. Can they reconsider it
Till then i'm planning to hold the SimplyClick on current stage ( i don't know for how long i can do that though )

Appreciate your welcoming nature. People like you are the reason i'm getting addicted to this community and got 9 cards since the time i saw technofino first time ( last 8-9 months, got amazon ICICI as my first card on community recommendation ).

'non availability of required documents' is not actual cause in most of the time. They just mention it in decline email.

You can mail at nodalofficer@sbicard.com and ask for reconsideration of the application.

Overleverage may be the issue.
