SBI Cashback Card Application Pending: No Callback from Representative

My friend has applied for the SBI Cashback Card through CashKaro and has successfully completed the ₹1 debit and credit KYC verification. However, the application is currently pending due to difficulties in uploading the bank statement via Anumati Account Aggregator, stemming from a mismatch in the registered mobile number. Furthermore, the company name has been incorrectly listed as 'Others,' which necessitates correction by a Kolkata-based agent. To rectify this situation, the agent will likely require a manual upload of the 6-month bank statement.

Given the time-sensitive nature of this matter, I am inquiring whether directly contacting the Kolkata agent and providing the application number would expedite the process. As I already know, the Kolkata regional agent can make the necessary corrections, then fill out the application, e-sign it, and complete the process with an app code verification. I also want to mention that while the SBI Cashback Card cannot be applied for directly through an agent, applications submitted via the SBI Sprint portal may sometimes be approved automatically. In other cases, the application may enter manual mode, at which point an SBI-assigned agent from the backend will contact the applicant to make necessary changes and assist in completing the application process.

Additionally, from my previous experience filling out the form, I noticed that an agent code is required, which suggests that the agent handling the application will receive a commission. So, if I contact any of them directly, they may be more inclined to help because they'll also earn a commission. I'm concerned, however, that many applicants haven't received callbacks from the verification team, resulting in automatic application declines due to incompletion. Many people have mentioned that the verification team calls from an outgoing number, which can't be contacted back. However, during my another friend's experience, they received a call from the Kolkata regional office, and they were able to contact them back using the number they were called from, but unfortunately, I don't have that specific number saved now.

It's been more than 7 days since my friend applied, and despite contacting the customer care number, they only received a response that the application is in progress and that it will take up to 21 working days. Encouragingly, the tracker status is now showing that an SBI representative will contact shortly. If so, could anyone kindly provide the contact number for the local Kolkata verification team ?
