Sbi cashback card application issue

On 24 July I applied for sbi cashback card through the sbi portal
Next day a representative from bank came and did my kyc verification
Few days later got a call from sbi where they confirmed all my details and sent me my application details on mail
Since then there has been no contact. I tried to check application status on portal and it says "You have entered incorrect application number"
