SBI Cashback Bill Payment

So yesterday my SBI cashback bill got generated for Rs 80000, and today the cashback of 4000 got credited. So now I need to pay 76000 or 80000? As the outstanding shows 76k.

Confirm with customer care once. For HDFC, reward point/cashback doesn't count although it shows in outstanding. Might be the same for SBI!

I don't want this hassle, i'll just pay the full amount and wait for someone else to confirm.

A friend of mine said that cashback credit for the current cycle is deducted from the bill amount of next cycle
