Somehow they treat CB card as a very special card .. just like AURUM... I believe ..

mine was about six months ago on my SC..
they never gave on CB card

I availed the first one for SC based on CB.
now I got these, after a year ..again based on CB

Holding sbi prime for an year, no LE or any card offers in app yet.
I applied sbi cashback last month after not getting any hope from pre approved offers.
