Sbi cards app new update asking bank a/c info

Looks like the new update now showing popup message once you login to sbi cards app. It's asking to provide consent to fetch bank account information for offering customized offers.
Not sure how much worth it will be and if they will mandate this consent in future?
Already all kinds of offers are visible in app.

Bank account of SBI? Because when I click on it, it says

"you've already shared your consent and linked your bank account(s) with us, allowing us to offer you better services and offers "

If it's taking linked bank from anumati, then they won't find shit, as I revoked access 😂

My simplisave limit increased from 1.13 lakh to 2.03 lakh , also 2nd card (sbi cashback ) got approved 1.87 lakh limit

You mean above happened just after you updated sbi app and gave bank account linking consent?

I have provided the concept, but my limit hasn't increased. It's asking for ITR or bank statement. I'm a student with no source of income. What should I do now? How can I increase my limit? Currently, it's only 20k.

You can use the card regularly and make 100% on time payments.
Sbi increases on usage patterns more.

After consenting to account linking through Anumati, my limit increased from 1.5L to 2.5L

You can manually link your account anytime using the 'link your account' option on account details section, click on 'view account details' after logging in to the app to see that option.

Yes Today when I opened sbicards app, I already found it available as an option there 🙂

Check for limit enhancement,they will ask bank details to check last 6 month bank statement.
For my case, I applied sbi cashback with providing bank statement then check for limit enhancement and it got increased automatically

No I have applied from Sprint.
But because I have given them permission to access my bank statement while applying,they did not ask for the same while checking for limit enhancement.

Just uninstall and reinstall app again and re-register for login, you will get it.
