SBI card

i had 3cc from sbi, out of which i closed 2. now just 1 active card. but those closed cards still being shown in my portfolio, because of which i cant apply sbi vistars cc.any suggestion how to remove them?

When you close other 2 cards???
I think that will be removed after 6months.

If you mean in your CIBIL report then closed credit card entries remain in CIBIL report. if report also shows closed date then there should not be any issue to apply new credit card.

no ,not cibil. in my bank portfolio ( in sbi card app ).spoke to local branch ,they too dont have any idea, how to remove them
