SBI Card application process?

I applied for SBI Prime card on 11/03/25 through offline SBI card executive, got 4 verification calls in 3 days after that one guy came for work address verification and to my surprise he again came for verification after 2 days and asked me whether I applied for another card ( which I haven’t) because earlier he has done the verification but still got 2nd time verification.

Today ( 17/03/25) I got a sms -

“Your SBI Card Application 2xxxxxxxx will be processed within 9 working days. Please keep this App. no. for future reference. You can check your application status at www.sbicard.com”

It’s been 6 days, does that mean my application is on verge of getting declined or it’s still unclear ?

They did Office verification and house varification successfully done and 2 call varification also done but application declined in code f55 as per agent and they done 2 Cibil enquiries what to do now

Ok, cibil enquiries removal wait a bit first

- mail to nodal officer and request them for reconsideration.

tell them your eligibility, and about already completed verifications.

- didnt work, then ask them exact reason as per rbi guidelines and get it.

- if that reason not matched to you, escalate the same and request for reconsideration.

wait for 30 days and complain to ombudsman.

continue until you give up or they approve.

once anything completed, then open a fresh email, request for cibil enquiry removal.. wait for 30 days if not done complain to ombudsman

for your valuable response I will follow these steps, last thing can I send call recording as a proof that I have done tele verification properly as f55 means as per agent I could not give answer in tele varification
