Glad to reveal that, I just got a mail from customerservicehead@sbicard.com that I have got approved for SBI BPCL OCTANE LTF from SBI BPCL LTF.
I missed the otp verification call as mentioned in the mail, then I called to cc and they are saying, the closure comment of SR no says offer applicable but they couldn't see the option for upgradation still in my card account.
Is this genuine? Experts pls help.
