I did a txn. at Apollo pharmacy store but received only 10% Health credits in the Apollo 24|7 app !!
Don't know whom to raise complaint with...Apollo or SBI card??

I am guessing, you used your sbi apollo select cc for payment and you are a apollo circle member already.

Some medicines are 10%, 12% and max is 15% price slot. Not all medicines gives max discount.

Also, non medicines gives 5% HC only.

Make sure you calculate that and then contact apollo by phone, as its a apollo points query. Keep your bill number handy.

As per order history available in the app, my recent order is mapped to SBI Apollo card but not the last month order, which was made from store. So as per standard TnC, all non-Circle members are eligible for 10% Health Credits credits only!!

Now the real issue is why this has happened & how to correct it ??

At this point only apollo staff can help.

Sbi takes too long to reply and they reply with stupidity and i had to reply many times. And their escalate form doesnt work and you cannot continue without a reference number. I find it too much hassle already.

I plan to apply for thia card next month again. Lets see.
