No idea. Nothing is there on website. Only opulence card holders can confirm if they received any such sms.

If they add value again, card can be reissued from "reissue blocked cards". Seems very unlikely.

i think bob bank will shut down if they still charge the AMC for the blocked visa sapphire, considering the number of complaints they will get from users here.
