Samsung Axis Cashback Issue

I had made a EMI transaction on Samsung India 10 months ago and didn’t receive the 10% cashback yet. I talked to customer care they didn’t provide me a resolution saying technical issue. I have written to nodal officer.

How can I sue axis in this case? Despite paying joining fee and axis not providing the cashback.

Need some good compensation.

If you have the offer details, including the terms and conditions, email them to the PNO.

Also, check the MCC of that samsung transaction and verify whether it aligns with the terms and conditions. The first step is to confirm whether your transaction is eligible for the offer.

If it is eligible, then send all relevant details to the PNO. If the PNO doesn't respond or gives a stupid copy-paste answer, escalate the matter to the RBI.

10 months long period, not sure why you waited this long, it should be handled immediately following month.

Anyway as @6ix9ine said,

- find mcc
- check product feature whether its eligible for cashback or not
- convey same to PNO with relevant details
- then complaint to RBI
