Contact BM and ask him to apply add on card

I have talked with BM regarding this she said it's add on card can only be given in case of joint account to the joint holder that to charged not LTF like for the primary holder for 25k variant

Further she mentioned their system cannot issue same variant card again, but u can get classic or platinum as add on card

I was conveyed same by Deputy BM. Add on is for joint acc holder. That too same variant cannot be applied

Yes ek bank ka ek hi cbs hoga jaise Indian uses tcs b@ncs and boi uses finacle

App se karoge to central bank ki cent eez mai option aata name to printed on card ka par maine kabhi try nhi kiya
