I recently applied and received central Bank of India and Indian Bank select debit cards, they are not working for online transactions at all. And both banks are very far away from me. customer care seems to be not helpful. anyone know what is the issue let me know I am adding the screenshots here. I try to redeem rupay benefits and throwing below error. Same while adding money to APay wallet. Tried adding money to swiggy not working.

Set card pin, try first time on CBI ATM and then activate ecom and wait 48hrs and try.

I set pin via cbi ATM only and used at atm first time, this was 2 weeks back. Still not working and customer care said "saying your annual income is not set that's why you are getting this error."
