I dont prefer online account as of now.
I filled all details correctly,but product selection didn't come.
I resumed night, titles like mr to me, mrs to mom, mr to dad all vanished, only names visible,i tried to edit, but showed blank in the title.
Now I'm getting sms like
Dear undefined xxx Ramxxx, KYC verification of your BOI SB Account is pending. Please https://acl.cc/BOIIND/Xxxx to complete your KYC in a jiffy.

What if account gets opened with undefined as name?

All those minor things can be rectified by submitting the KYC form after opening for signature updation in CBS.

Ya it's the same. So it's better if no two customer uses the same number especially if it's going to be linked to a UPI VPA.
