If your limits settings are proper, and still you are unable to make the txns. You could try creating service ticket reaching CBoI website support services

Every limit is set at 1L.
I have called cc he is saying your annual income is not set that's why you are getting this error.

Open netbanking, set every limit to 2000.then one transaction in amazon or fk, see its working or not

Yes totally, I have opened the account online and they don't proceed without annual income, I don't know how this error is possible.
Had literally bad experience with central bank,
20 days after vkyc someone from bank came to verify address till then my account was inaccessible, then rupay platinum card delivered which i didn't apply.

Then its not card problem, change browser or laptop or mobile. It will work.

Start with CBOI Cent Queen & BoB Mahila Shakti with yourself as joint holder.

in joint account 2 dc would come or what?
and what are the charges? any mab to be maintained?

yes chargable last week open and charges deducted
only boi nari sakti has 0MAB

On their website they have mentioned that credit card /debit card issuance charges are waived for nari shakti accounts

CBoI nil charges for cent queen Rsdc, BoB FyF,
CBoI currently no mab, BoB idk 2k

I just read your case and it looks lot like my issue. I have 3 PNB cards and out of which , one card which used to work, just returns to rupay something issue happened after entering otp. Is your issue the same ? Did you get any error message or anything ?
