As I have already said, currently BOB issued 3 DCs without any charges. I have received 2 Physical DCs ( BOB EMT & BOB RSDC), BOB Platinum not yet delivered with welcome kit; but it’s visible on BOB World APP. You may apply one DCs while acount opening. But, I will suggest to open account online & then apply DCs online with BOB world app

You can apply for cards one by one since there is option to apply. You can apply once it appears in the app which takes 3-4 days.

Ok, I am only aware about the benefits of Rupay select NCMC card. I will read about the advantages of EMT rupay as well and apply for it.

Till today, no fees charged for 3 DCs. AFAIK, you wont get 2 Select cards. it nto allowed in BOB App too. I have used Platinum DC for a debit card offer which gave me Rs.250 flat discount.
