The steps mentioned on the leaflet aren't working

Yeah something similar happened with me with PNB DC, IVR and app did not work till I set the DC PIN... so may be visit ATM, set pin and then use app to set ecom etc.

If ur account variant is Baroda Super Savings (SB 117) - MAB(₹20,000) then all DCs come FYF

When I missed some dc number or CB, tried again and worked for me… are you getting same error multiple times?

I had locked my card
Unlocked and tried was still get same issue
Will try after some time again

Bob super with 20K avg balance gives Fyf select card.

If you have females in family and can open their accounts then it’s it’s lot easier and cheaper than normal accounts
