Most likely you won't get tracking id, but you will get sms regarding it (time to time) so don't panic, once you apply you will get the card, might take little time but it depends on your location

I applied on 8th April, still no update, the card got generated long back. Not yet delivered.

You will get the benefits once the card is delivered. and the card is fyf(means no issuance charges) but annual charges(1180) will be charged.

Card gets generated but all details are not visible so you can't avail benefits

You will get the benefits once the card is delivered. and the card is fyf(means no issuance charges) but annual charges(1180) will be charged.

Issuance charge is 0 but amc will be charged at the starting of 2nd year
So I am thinking of closing my rupay select dc just before the starting of 3rd year, that way I can avail 2 year benefits at just 1180

@zomatoo is there any charge if I close card in 3rd year? If so I will close the account I am sure no charges for that !

Openede canara because of Friday Amazon offer mainly and it had 0 mab, also the process was completely online
For jana it's offline and 5k mab, but yeah it is still good !

Since there is no separate department for CCs (like SBIcard for SBI, BOBfinancial for BoB) getting unsecured card like Rupay Select is very difficult. Most branches take the easy route of issuing CC against TDR and it's usually by older branch managers. Rupay select is the only CC worth taking IMHO.

BOI Rupay platinum credit card is also LTF card & it also listed on rupay platinum credit card benefits Section
