In the condition for debit card it says 40or more pos/ecom tnxs will waive my annual charges does that mean if I add one rupee to Amazon pay or paytm wallet 40 times my annual charges are waived

As per other cards which I use it’s ecomm only
But with dc and their consideration we can’t take a call and moreover they should mention thresholds of spending for 40 usage right
