and 12 cr scam is not that big in the scheme of the things 🕊️

Do not do that if your FD is under 5L.
Each depositor's funds safety is insured by DICGC upto 5L.
And, 12Cr fraud in their CC portfolio is not much to worry for a FD customer.
Closely follow the developments in the next week n decide.
Because they are that much clever.

It's like management has internal control in place
But irony is internal control is made by management and then can very easily override that
And as per sa 200 there is an inherent limitations on part of auditor to identify fraud when it's done with management alongwith their employees by bypassing their internal control
So the crux is even though internal control will look like it's operating correctly but it's not

Socha IndusInd ke FD's tod kar yaha daal dunga.. I hate IndusInd (they are not able to issue cheque book to me since I opened my select account with them last year, complained everywhere including home branch).. ab kaunsa bank bacha hai jo 3.5% ya usse upar interest deta ho aur RBI se bacha ho?

IDFC is unable to remove my false late payment (Flipkart pay later) since 2019 from CRIF.. I won't open bank account with them until its solved..
Yes bank ka bhi kuch scam hua tha shayad?

The thing is, I need savings account for max 2L/month inbound/outbound txns (I will be paying my credit card bills and some UPI merchant txns using these funds).. Baki paisa to Indus*und ke FD's me pada hai.. I opened AU Bank account for this sole purpose on 30th March.. But from 1st April, its interest rate has been reduced to 3%.. wasted efforts for AU Bank
