yes rm matters alot if they dont know sheeeeet u can do anything :/ in my case if u see if i would not have a good rm i would have not got the card ever.. and my rm was so knowledgeable that my process was the very easy... uptil now it was the easiest process i have encountered in my whole credit card journey... now with epm and infinia both i doubt would require any more cc

If you have discussed with RM and/OR applied the EPM, then please share your experience for applying EPM through ITR. I am also thinking to apply on ITR basis.

As per SC order, you need to provide Aadhar number only to avail government subsidy and no private entity and make aadhaar mandatory for you to avail their service. Challenge your RM to do offline verification using Voter ID, passport etc. Else raise a RBIO complaint

technically you are right. However, I dont see any harm in sharing Adhaar details if it results in quick verification and prompt service. We may insist on offline verification but it will time and bank official may not be so keen to do so. So it boils down to individual choice.

Mere sharing Adhaar details does pose any issue, Issues arises when you dont know where it being used and you share the OTP (unknowingly) to give your consent.
