[Restored now] Debit card option removed from HDFC billpay??

I just saw that Debit card option removed from HDFC billpay, is this temporary glitch?

Also, I am able to see HDFC credit card under new card add option.

UPDATE 25.09 1AM: Indeed it was a glitch, restored now.... Relief😅

Yes I observed yesterday and today as well but I retried both times and payment was successful.

Facing same issues since month now. Contacted Preferred customer support just for name sake its preferred but they are asking them be to send step by step detailed screenshot of my actions. Am i a QA ? Who will send them issues in their system. Already explained them in detail over phone and mail its true hdfc bank never resolves problems in 1st attempt and tries to get away with suggesting vague solutions

No work around. CC will tell you to follow silly steps and then ask you to aend a Screenshot of the steps. I gave up following dont want to waste time for petty cashbacks. Rather invest in banking stocks for more than cashback returns

Abhi cashback k chakkar mein time waste hee nahi karna hai. Utna time khud ko upgrade karne mein ya kuch naya sikhne mein lagayenge. jo bank cashback deti hai uska share le lenge 😅 3 4 saal badh cashback ka * 10 amount suth sameth wapis aa jayega 😅

Yes I second your thoughts. I hold imperia banking relationship with them but it's of no use. Rm always call for selling/marketing useless plans.
