DCB Rent payment via HDFC Diners Black metal card

Hi all,

Have a very specific questions on rent payments via Diners Black metal card.
1. Will I get RP for rent payments if I setup a biller (redgiraffe) and auto-pay via CC? I read on a X post that it worked for someone, has anyone else tried and can confirm?
2. Irrespective of point 1, will the rent i pay count towards 8lac annual spend threshold?

I am aware of 1% rental payment charges hdfc imposes.

Any quick thoughts and experiences or best practices are appreciated.
