Reissue after fraud

Hello,
I recently blocked my Sbi card after suspicious usage. Sbi has sent me a new card with you new number etc.
My query is, I have a few pending refunds from amazon and other sellers on my original card. Will the refund be posted automatically against the new card since my old card is blocked? Or is there a a different process to follow?
