Regarding transaction failure

Today I have try to recharge and pay electricity bill from Airtel thanks app with Airtel axis card, but transaction got failed instantly without going on otp page.

Anyone facing the same issue today.

Isn't Airtel now charging extra on the electricity bill payment?
