Today I got 1,000 Welcome points instead of 7,500 points. when I call the customer care they said wait for the 21 may day end. And I not received any points for the April month spent till now. how many days it will take to arrive welcome points after monthly points?

"humare eha se send ho chuka hai apke network operator pe depend karta hai massage kabtak ayega "

Then aj 24 may ko ph kiya toh firse ohi bol rehe hai ki

"humare eha se send ho chuka hai apke network operator pe depend karta hai massage kabtak ayega "

Mai ne bola ki thik hai agar massage na ayye fir bhi toh website pe amount dikhayega par website pe bhi nhi aya hai

Normally will be credit as gyftr points in same portal

Say them directly to send the voucher code to mail or ask proof of sms dispatch from their side 😂

Directly threaten them .... will file a Complaint at rbibo and court

Check email as well or the same redemption portal. If it's not there wait few days (upto 45 days from txn date). RBL dhoka nehi dega.

Read some old threads on this topic u will understand better. Many people in past written about some temporary delay.

Recently for one card I received in 15-20 days (without offline txn i guess) and another one I received in about 35-40 days. (Max it could be 90 days also from issue date).
