Yes obviously you need to fill EDD( Extended due diligence) form and submit at the branch at earliest to get unfreezed, branch will do kyc and done.
These are the basic steps generally followed by banks/may vary tho

Which card did you EDC or SPDC?
I used VISA SPDC and got merchant name BAJAJFINSERV IN and it got failed after entering the otp. Btw My RBL and ICICI debit card never worked on this merchant WWW BAJAJFINSERV IN. I think banks have blocked this merchant.

Today I got the message for redeeming RPs of SPDC
But it seems this has come for June transactions! I missed checking last month
Earlier it used to come within 20 days of month end - this time it has come after almost 46 days

Yeah my main bank is HDFC. They didn't do something like this
