Refund from Boat official site

I ordered a boat airpod from the official site of 1499rs using my sbi cashback cc on monday.But later that day I cancelled the order.It is already 3days over,but the refund is not yet credited.
Normally amazon,flipkart refunds get credited in 1day.
How many days should I wait before raising a chargeback or dispute?

ok but all of my previous credit card refunds took only 1-2days to appear in the credit card unbilled section.

I've been in a similar situation, the refund usually everytime should reflect within maximum 7 days but for me it took more than a month of vigorous emails and calls and stuff to get my refund. So keep all the sms and emails handy as a proof. And expect a refund within 7 days
