I received text on 31.12.2024 regarding Rs.1000/- voucher [ack on spend based criteria. I claimed the vouchers though hdfcdigitaloffers.thriwe.comon the same day. Today, I received 8 Amazon Prime 3 Months subscription code through Text having validity till 11.07.2025. I tried, 2 codes but they aren't working. Anyone facing the same?

I think you have got only 1 voucher as per 1000 rs bundle pack, this is the actual offer. How can you get 8 vouchers when your eligible pack combined value is 1000 rs only

Got Rs 800/- gift voucher from HDFC for April spends. (Don't remember what the offer condition was)
A lot of times, HDFC is sending these gift vouchers very late after the offer period, so we don't exactly remember for which card it is and what offer it was.,
Anyway, as good as it is, received it, so claim it 🙂

The portal was Accrew portal https://e.accrew.in/
But after claiming the voucher, I could not enter email ID, it was blank and that field was not editable.
I processed the order, but didn't receive any email.
Their support desk 18005727813 is working only on weekdays till 6.30 pm, so I need to contact them tomorrow.
Has anyone claimed this voucher successfully after such missings?

Just after sometime, I got the vouchers by SMS. The portal is Ticket Xpress edenred.
