No need to open the link. It's an AD you can check yourself because the mail hasn't come from Axis directly.

I'm not a axis Bank customer. Applied before but was rejected 6 months back . How to check for pre-approved offer?

Also, there is no "opnion" - the domain is not axis bank, its obvious scam, just report phishing and spam and move on 🙂
