Firstly I asked to give millenia along with tataneu... They rejected... Then I asked to flip my card(upgrade /downgrade) my card to millenia ltf... They were only ready to give money back plus fyf... Then I said ok give me moneyback plus ltf.... Complained to nodal officer.. He gave me money back plus ltf on condition of registration for smartpay
