Please don't misunderstand me sir. U know I admire you for so many reasons.

I fully agree with you... that looking at the intention are more important than the action.

Here I am trying to address the issue by trying to convince him the best way possible. Every person are different. It will be extremely difficult to corner people like him by blaming his actions. Like many others, I have also criticised him many occasions. I think relatively he is restraining a bit these days.

Hopefully, in due course his actions would come out better. I don't want someone resourceful to act like Arind0m.
