RBIO: Got compensation of 10,000 from Axis Bank

I can confirm ours is useless too
They will close a complaint just because the bank replied. It can be "this customer is an idiot. We do not give a F**k" and RBIO will close the complaint saying the bank replied.
Absolutely useless RBIO of Gujarat

i also received 10k as compensation but showing write off so kya isko correct karwaya jaa sakta hai like pahle axis se mail-mail then rbi ke pass kuch yahan bhi earning ho sakta hai waise inlogo ne abhi tak main issue master card ko rupay me nahi convert kiya airtel
and phone bhi wo kar rahe hai 2-3 din se but kuch bolte nahi hai mai idhar se hello hello bolta reh jata hun

UPDATE: Master Card till now not converted into Rupay Card but 10K write off adjustment in cc

Gujarat RBIO gave 50K compensation. I had asked for 20K.

deficiency ke case me dete hai most probably mere wale case me bhi axis ka galti yahi tha ki written me kabhi kuch kabhi kuch is wajah se bas maine apne baat pe stand kiya mil gaya
ab fir write off jo hai is word se mujhe problem hai abhi pno ke pas case chal raha hai nahi sudharega to rbi fir se jayenge

wahi nsdl ka ac close karna tha 22 april ko mail kiya 08 may ko reminder mail 17 ko unhone mail kiya close karne ke liye related department ko forward kiye hai so maine rbi ke pass complaint launch kar diya 29 may ko mail aaya 19 may ko close ho gaya aaj rbi ka mail aaya bank ne ye reply kiya close ho gaya so aapko kuch bolna ho to 3 din me reply de maine bhej diya 1 month approx time lag gaya is bich charge 5.90 kata deficiency hai penalty lagaiye kar ke ab dekhte hai kya hota hai

I applied for LTF Neo Rupay card. It was rejected. Asked PNO for the reason, same crappy response, internal policy. I replied again clearly highlighting in my mail RBI clause with circular number and date. I gave them enough opportunity to come clean but NO. They kept saying the same thing.

So, I decided to go ahead and make another complain to RBIO. After complaining to RBIO Axis PNO replied within a week stating I already have 3 Axis CCs and hence the application was rejected as Axis does not give more than 3 CCs to anyone.

Today morning received the closure mail from RBIO. Quickly checked the card transactions and found the credit of Rs. 10,000 in my Indian Oil Premium Card on 31st December. The description is mentioned as "Write off" but I believe that's just the description and doesn't mean anything else. However, I will still write to PNO to change the description.

@SJM Axis charged renewal fees on my samdung infinite 20days before tgey charged last year. Wrote to pno to charge it after 20days as i need to close the card. Bo response from pno from last 10days. Can i raise it to RBIO? As i really want to close the card.

Call Customer care and tell them I want to cancel the card so please reverse the fees. They'll probably initiate reversal immediately and close the card subsequently.
 
Hello All, I raised request to HDFC priority redressal to upgrade my current TNI LTF to Regalia gold on 23rd Jun. On 26th Jun they replied asking the 3M Payslips and statement of salary deposit account which i provided on the same day. My relationship with HDFC is, i am a already Imperia Salary acct holder with net 1.5L monthly salary credit. After 26th jun there was complete silence then i dropped an email asking status of my request.
They replied asking Jun month payslip on 7th july, same day i provided the payslip and again complete silence from their side. Mind you every time they reply they close old ticket and open new one.
Can i wait till 23rd July(1 month from initial request) and complain to RBIO?
