I wonder the same too. Because the email doesn't even exist!

Are you sure the email asked you to reply back to the same one?

This one is one-way from RBI side only.
System mail.

crpc@rbi.org.in is 2 way... Central

I think you misunderstood the point here. RBI sends automated responses from rbiteamcms@rbi.org.in, which is a no-reply email. However, the email from them which seeks reply from the grieved customer is sent from crpc@rbi.org.in. But @kuchbhi received it from rbiteamcms@rbi.org.in (the no-reply email address) instead, for the email which needed his reply.

That was probably a mistake. Reply always to be sent to CRPC.
